1. Call meeting to Order at the Township building on October 19, 2021 at 6:00 pm

5. Public Comment
Pennsylvania State Trooper Lt. Eric Erhardt said there is a Patrol side and a Criminal side to the State Police and gave us the contacts for both. He stated that they will patrol more to see if they can control the underage drinkers at the park.
Alicia Anderson wanted to know if the township needed anything for her to start an online business. Solicitor Makel stated the township did not need anything.

8. New Business
Larry Dorsey is wanting to get a variance to place a carport for his RV. He is bringing an Approval letter to our October meeting per Solicitor Makel. Mr. Dorsey was not in attendance.
Building Permit was issued to Anthony and Marcy Piatt for remodeling work.
An audit was completed by Inspector Jack Heath to determine if adequate administration and enforcement of the accessibility requirements of the Uniform Construction Code is occurring in Blaine Township. Vincent Alfieri gave him the information for the Township. It was determined that there
was no completed commercial building projects available since July 14, 2016.
Washington County Elections are using Taylorstown Fire Hall for the election polling place on Tuesday, November 2, 2021
Discussion regarding possible issue with building permit and sewage of property located in Blaine Township
I will check with Washington County Sewage Authority.
A general permit WMGR123SW049 for the SGL232 Tank Pad located in Blaine Township, Washington County was email to us on10-11-21 which was emailed to Supervisors and Solicitor .
An ARPA bank account was opened at First Federal of Greene County on October 4, 2021.
Motion to have Taylorstown Trick or Treating on Sunday October 31, 2021 at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Lois Miller will buy candy to pass out.

Washington County Commissioners has initiated and update to the Washington County Comprehensive Plan and would like Blaine Township to complete a questionnaire.
