Received a packet from the Washington County Conservation District regarding Kearns Streambank Protection.

Made a phone call to DCED for forms and they also informed me that Blaine Township could request Quick Book technical support free of cost. They would send someone to our office.  I have enclosed letter of intent to be signed by the chairman if approved.

Hopewell Township would like for Blaine Township and the Taylorstown Fire Department to join them in an Emergency Management Team with Gary Friend as the coordinator. Hopewell Township is reaching out to the other neighboring townships to join.

PSATS instructor advised Townships to get rid of the petty cash funds and use their credit card for accountability

Discussion and motion to get an estimate for using APRP funds at the Dead end to build up edges and build curb up. Also to have estimate for Walker Hill in 3 locations put 2 catch basins and 3 new pipes and stone on the ditch line.
