Our May 17, 2022 Supervisors’ meeting and Election Day falls on the same day. It is a paid holiday for Blaine Township. If we change date we will have to advertise the date in the newspaper.

Received a registered letter from Gateway notifying the township of that Range is submitting a general permit for Hibbits to Breese Temporary Waterline.
I registered for a free webinar for March 21st at 3pm from the Department of the Treasury for Coronavirus State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Reporting Overview.
We renewed our annual domain and website hosting with Blue Hornet Design, LLC
- Correspondence
Laurel Aggregates sent us a list of the fuel surcharge according to the price of diesel fuel. Included in your packet
Correspondence received from Washington County Department of Public Safety regarding the Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Resolution. The Department is requesting that all Municipal Authorities adopt the updated 2022 Hazard Vulnerability Assessment and Mitigation Plan Update.

We need to make a motion to participate with the A.D.S Co-Op on a joint bid for road oil and stone. The township agrees to pay a portion of the advertisement cost.

Randy and Lois are registered to attend a free webinar from Co-Star on April 5, 2022.
Randy stated since the cost of tar and chipping is so expensive the township will be only doing Neely School Road and Walker Hill Road. Supervisor Moore agreed with that.
Supervisor Moore would like the side boards on the new truck painted.
Supervisor Moore would like the Township to have the new truck’s headlights adjusted after snow plow season is over. Will contact Sugar Run Fab to do the work when we are sure we will not need the truck for a few days.
12. Solicitors Report
Solicitor sent a register letter regarding a holding tank agreement with a resident.
Lois called Alyssa from Washington County Sewage Authority on March 15, 2022. The resident did call but did not come in for application. She explained if they have already have their holding tank without getting an application that we can fill out a Malfunction Authorization Form and one of their inspectors will go out to look at the holding tank.
Motion to fill out a Malfunction Authorization Form and send to Washington County Sewage Authority so they can to move forward with this issue
