Chairman Moore called the meeting to order at the Township building on March 16, 2021 at 6:10 pm. The meeting was closed to the public due to the National Security Mandate Orders of the Governor and the CDC. Resident were instructed to call in at specific times to discuss their issues on speakerphone.

Solicitor Makel asked to do this next meeting
Lois Miller asked about the Blaine Township Website. No one has a password to use it. She asked if her daughter Cassandra Clifford was able to help her if we needed to get a new website. Everyone agreed that would be fine.
Supervisor Logsdon presented a Harshman group zoning package for zoning and code enforcement. His contact was Jarrod D’Amico and he would come down and explain what he could do for our township.
They take care of complaints.

Supervisor Sochor stated that the Ten Mile softball teams would like to make improvements at the ballpark. A drawing was handed out. They want to tear down the fence and later build a pavilion. It would not cost the township anything and would become our property. We need to find the contract and insurance between Blaine Township and the softball teams. Concerns about people getting injured.
Supervisor Sochor stated the playground needs mulch and weeping willow tree needs to remove.
Motion to place two finishing mowers on Manicibid with a reserve of $500.00 each.
