PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Blaine Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, intends to consider for adoption at its regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held on Thursday, February 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. located at Blaine Township Municipal Building, 40 Main Street, Taylorstown, PA 15365 the following ordinances:
AN ORDINANCE OF BLAINE TOWNSHIP, WASHINGTON COUNTY. COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING THE 1973 BLAINE TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE (AMENDED IN NOVEMBER OF 1989), TO PROVIDE DEFINITIONS RELATED TO SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS, ADD REGULATIONS AS TO ACCESSORY SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS, GROUND-MOUNTED ACCESSORY SOLAR SYSTEMS, AND PRINCIPAL SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS AND RELATED REGULATIONS THEREOF.

A copy of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen at the Blaine Township Municipal Building, during regular business hours, the Law Library in the Washington County Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, and the Observer Reporter at 122 S. Main Street, Washington, Pennsylvania, each day until adoption.
