CAPRI and Master Revitalization Plan members, Reita Melvin and Rick Newton, updated their progress
Nathan Voytek from Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington discussed the Community Development Block Grant Program. Will talk with him to see if Blaine is eligible for a project.
Dennis Morris asked for approval for a home gun smith business. Supervisors approved the zoning permit for him to have a business in his home.

Received $4,044.62 for Volunteer Fire Relief Associations. A check was signed for Taylorstown Volunteer Fire Department in that amount.
Received PURTA check for $141.73
Randy and Ronnie are signed up for 2022 PA Pipeline Safety Program on October 20, 2022 at the Ramada Inn at 5:30 pm
Stephenson Equipment is having an Open House in McDonald on October 26, 2022 between 9:00 – 2:00. Randy and Ronnie would like to attend.
Randy and Ronnie are attending the Washington County Conservation District Municipal Workshop on November 2, 2022 at the Washington Fairgrounds. The agenda includes the Dirt and Gravel Program.
Huston Security installed cameras in the park and ballfields plus added a monitor in Secretary’s office on Tuesday, October 11, 2022
Blaine Township Liquid Fuels 2023 payment is estimated to be 20,590.80 for March 1, 2023
Auditor has suggested that we have a separate account for Act 13 – Impact Fee
Discussion and Motion to make a separate checking account with First Federal of Greene County titled Act 13 – Impact Fee fund and deposit 2021 and 2022 check amount to that account. It will be required to have two authorized signatures with the secretary/treasurer and one of the three supervisors authorized to sign.
