Wendy Machak gave us her completed Washington County Community Development Program Household Survey. She asked question pertaining to the Main Street Dead End project.
Josh McDonough asked if the Taylorstown Volunteer Fire Department could have a benefit Turkey Shoot either at the Blaine Township’s ball field or by salt shed. Solicitor Megan Patrick was going to look into the regulations.

Lizann Tokarski for the Auditor General’s office audit Blaine Township’s Liquid Fuel’s account on November 3, 2022. The audit went well and we will get her findings at a later date.
Do we give a Thanksgiving Bonus and Christmas Bonus to the three Blaine Township employees?
Discussion and Motion to give a Thanksgiving and Christmas Bonus to Blaine Township employees in the amount of $75.00 each employee per holiday.

Discussion and motion to advertise the Blaine Township Reorganization meeting for Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 5:00 pm followed by the Regular Township Meeting at 6:00 pm and our regular meeting dates and time for 2023.

County of Washington Tax Revenue Department would like us to complete the 2023 Millage Reporting Form by December 31, 2022.
Tabled till December 20, 2022 meeting.
Getting estimates on No Drugs signs for park and ball fields. Cassidy’s signs said she could do the signs for $20 each. Kurt’s signs in Claysville were the same price. Any suggestions on how you want the signs to look.
Decided on using Kurt’s signs in Claysville.
Old Business
Randy and Lois met with Nathan Voytek from Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington the morning of October 31, 2022.
Ronnie and Lois went to the Main Street Extension (Dead End) to survey the residents for the Washington County Community Development Program Household Survey on Wednesday, November 9th in the afternoon and Thursday, November 10, 2022 in the evening.
Discussion and Motion for Blaine Township to participate in the 2023 Community Development Block Grant for the Street Reconstruction and Stormwater Improvement.

Randy and Ronnie attended the 2022 PA Pipeline Safety Program on October 20, 2022 at the Ramada Inn.
Randy and Ronnie attended the Stephenson Equipment’s Open House in McDonald on October 26, 2022.
Randy attended the Washington County Conservation District Municipal Workshop on November 2, 2022 at the Washington Fairgrounds. The agenda included the Dirt and Gravel Program.
We received an email from Washington County Conservation District stating that the Main Street Extension in Blaine Township did not meet funding from the Dirt, Gravel, and Low Volume Road Program.
We have prices for 3 grapple buckets in your packet. Supervisors decided on #6 Extreme HD Root Grapple.
Discussion and Motion to order #6 Extreme HD Root Grapple and have it delivered.
