BUDGET ADOPTION MEETING

DECEMBER 21, 2020

          A special meeting was held at 5:00 p.m. on December 21, 2021 at the Township Office.  Purpose of the special meeting was to adopt the 2022 Annual Budget.  Present were Fred Moore, Chairman, Randy Sochor, Vice Chairman and Lois Miller, Secretary. Supervisor Robert Logsdon was absent. No visitors were present. 

          A motion was made by Fred Moore to adopt Resolution 007-2021 adopting the 2022 Annual Budget. Seconded by Randy Sochor and motion carried.

          A motion was made by Fred Moore to adopt Resolution 008-2021 setting the millage for 2022 at 1.3 mills. Seconded by Randy Sochor.  Motion carried.

          A motion was made by Fred Moore to adjourn the meeting at 5:55 p.m.  Seconded by Randy Sochor.  Motion carried.
