Kreed Rothwell wanted to know if he could sell from his hot dog cart at the Taylorstown ballfields if there were no other vendors there. The Supervisors gave their approval. He does have insurance. - Approval of regular meeting minutes dated May 17, 2022.

Received our total for 2021 Impact Fee payment in July 2022.
2022-2023 Winter Municipal Snow Agreement needs to be initial and dated. Copies of the agreement are in your packet
Discussion and Motion to accept the 2022-2023 Winter Municipal Snow Agreement since it was tabled until June’s meeting.
When I called and talked to Missy on May 18th I asked if they would increase the payment to offset the rising fuel prices, the answer was that the price was already set ahead and they are not aware of any changes to that amount. It was a 2% increase from last year. Was told we can send this agreement in late.

IRS increases Mileage Allowance for Second Half of 2022 from 58.5 cents per mile to 62.5 cents per mile effective 7-1-22 to 12-31-22
On June 27, 2022 at 9:30 am John Weaver will be here to review Blaine Township PENNDOT Liquid Fuels Program for year ending 2021

Randy Sochor has been a Blaine Township since January 25, 2012 which is over 10 years. Should we change the Road Workers job description to include three weeks of vacation after completion of ten years employment?
Discussion and Motion to include an additional week of vacation will be earned after the employee works for Blaine Township for 10 years for a total of three weeks per year.

Received an notification from Range Resources regarding Michael Brownlee Unit 6H-8H (Re-Permit/Due Diligence)
We received a PA1call for PA underground utility line protection request. They are doing Pole Restoration and are driving a piece of steel approx. 5 feet deep and banding it to the pole. Will start in Blaine Township the week of June 20th
11. Road Report
Discussion of purchasing a second mower. Randy has prices on 3 mowers. Supervisors all agreed on purchasing a second mower. It would be up to Supervisor Sochor which one he purchases. We will use our ARPA account for the purchase.

Randy and Ronnie had attended a Flagger Training and received their PSATS card that is valid until May 20, 2025.
550 truck repairs were made at Sugar Run Welding and Fabricating
Jordon Whitmore from the Washington County Conservation District met with Randy to discuss what he could do with Dirt and Gravel Program in Blaine Township. They agreed the dead end that would be a good project. Curb the sides to prevent storm water from going over the edge.
CoStars sent us an email saying we could buy additional salt from them before July 29th with this year’s price of $67.45 per ton because they are expecting the price of salt to increase with the 2022-2023 salt contract.
Motion to purchase salt from CoStars at this year’s prices.

Greer who had our stone bid did not pass the liquid fuel’s test for clean stone. All three supervisors agreed to go with Co-Op and their plan to rebid the stone. Paperwork from ADS Co-Op included in your packet
12. Solicitors Report
Megan Patrick called First Energy about the four streetlights that need repaired. She did an informal complaint to the PUC. Tim from First Energy called and left a message on the Township answering machine for us to call him back.
Emailed two certified letters from Gateway to Solicitor Makel’s office and to the Supervisors to look over. Megan Patrick Emailed back stating that after reviewing any land use issues she does not foresee a problem.
Emailed a letter from Washington County Planning Commission to Megan Patrick regarding the Timber Lake Subdivision. Map was sent. Letter in your packet. Development is mainly on Buffalo Township.
