    1. Multiple residents concerned about culverts not draining properly on Main Street…contact PennDot. Roadmaster should contact state
    2. Resident had questions about a fine for demo of a structure

    • Joey Lucas provided quotes for electrical work for salt shed and tractor pull: Tabled and will contact
    • BIU no longer servicing Washington County.
      • Pricing was given for both McMillen Engineering and A&J Code Associate.  Pricing is standardized by state.

    • New job application & description, attorney was sending examples.
    • Jennifer Chumney resigned, suggested and asked Janice Carroll to train new secretary. Will stay on until approval of new secretary and they are bonded.
    • Rebekah Erlinger hired as new secretary with a 60 day trial to end August 1

    1. Address Signs are needed at physical address: Pavilion, Shed, ballfields. Secretary is seeking information.
    2. Cooperation from pavilion renter to pay for repair of tire marks/ditch in grass area
