- Present: Chairman, Frank Nemeth; Vice Chairman, Randy Sochor; Secretary/Treasurers, Eden Rogers and Janice Carroll; Solicitor, Charlotte Karnes; and Stenographer, Jamie Belfiore.
- The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Randy Sochor.
- No public comments.
- A motion was made to approve Ordinance #1 of 2026: Solar Ordinance by Randy Sochor. The motion was seconded by Frank Nemeth.
- A motion was made by Randy Sochor to adjourn the meeting at 5:04p.m. The motion was seconded by Frank Nemeth.
