- Meeting called to order at 5:01p.m. by Frank Nemeth.
- Roll Call – Frank Nemeth, Chairman; Randy Sochor, Vice-Chairman; Heath Shriver, Supervisor; Charlotte Karnes, Solicitor; Eden Rogers, Secretary/Treasurer; and Jamie Belfiore, Stenographer were present.

- Public Comment
a. Christina Ross-Clayton expressed concerns with raw water needs.
b. Brad Clayton commented on the methods of cooling and cooling systems.
- After discussing Ordinance #2 of 2026: Data Center Ordinance, a motion was made by Frank Nemeth to approve the Ordinance. 2nd by Randy Sochor. All in favor.
- A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 5:16p.m. by Frank Nemeth. 2nd by Randy Sochor. All in favor.
